Photo: BPMIBALI, KUPANG TIMES - The President of the Republic of Indonesia, Joko Widodo together with the Heads of State of the G20 International Organization, and invited guests, visited and inspected the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park, Denpasar City, Bali, Indonesia, Wednesday (16/11/22).
After visiting and observing the Ngurah Rai Grand Forest Park, the G20 Heads of State planted mangroves together.
This visit and review is part of the G20 High Level Confederation activity agenda, under the Indonesian Presidency.
For information - Indonesia has the largest mangrove area in the world, namely; 3.36 Million Hectares, with 157 species, throughout Indonesia.
And Indonesia's mangrove area, constitutes 23% of the world's total mangrove area.
