JAKARTA, KUPANG TIMES - Former Prosecutor, Pinangki Sirna Malasari Parole, Tuesday, (06/09/22).
The Directorate General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, confirmed the information regarding Pinangki's parole.
Coordinator of Public Relations and Protocol of the Directorate General of Corrections of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia, Rika Aprianti said that; "Besides Pinangki, there are four female convicts in the Corruption Case, and one former Governor of Banten Province, Ratu Atut Chosiyah,"
Rika Aprianti also said that; "Pinangki has already served his criminal term, or has passed two-thirds of his criminal period, so he can apply for his right to parole."
To know - Pinangki sentenced to 10 years in prison.
Pinangki filed an appeal, and got a reduced prison sentence, to 4 years in prison.
